Most moulded products, whether injection moulding, blow moulding or vacuum forming (thermoformed) products are cooled by chilled water in mould cavities. The mould dehumidifier is required to avoid mould sweating. These dehumidifiers blows out cooled and reheated air to apply a lower dew point(2℃~8℃) circumstances around the tooling. The keep off of condensation can increase the productivity and quality of the processing and avoid the rusty of tooling around the year.
